Founder and CEO
Neil Bolton has been an IT professional, entrepreneur, recruiter and manager of recruiters for most of his professional life. In 2001 he formed Recruitment Systems Pty Ltd, with the aim of raising the performance of recruiters – and of the recruitment industry as a whole – by the use of good systems.
Neil has proven that good technology, combined with good management, training and mentoring, can contribute immense amounts to an organisation's bottom line.
Neil is passionate about the recruitment industry, and believes that recruiters are privileged to be able to assist so many people at times in their lives when they can be very vulnerable.
His mission – and that of Recruitment Systems – is to improve the recruitment process across the board to benefit our clients, our candidates and the industry as a whole.
Chief Technical Officer
Slava has worked as a programmer, designer and systems architect in multiple information technology projects since his graduation in 1994 from Novosibirsk State University, the leading IT University in Russia.
During three years of post-graduate study, Slava worked in the satellite imaging and image processing field using various GIS systems.
While working in these high technology processing fields Slava mastered his programming skills and participated in several different technology projects, including database and web application development, implementation of e-commerce solutions, and development of sophisticated database reporting tools.
Slava came to Australia in 1999 to work for Candle Australia Ltd (now Clarius Group). During his time at the IT recruitment company, Slava created a revolutionary new recruitment system called CRIS.
CRIS resulted in major cost and efficiency improvements at Candle, was responsible for large profit improvements, and was soon implemented in all of the firm's offices across Australia and New Zealand.
In 2001 Slava left Candle to help establish Recruitment Systems with Neil Bolton.
Slava has since moved on from Recruitment Systems to pursue other opportunities.
