Neil Bolton - CEO
Neil Bolton has been an entrepreneur, recruiter, IT professional for most of his business life. Formerly an executive at Candle Recruitment, Neil formed Recruitment Systems Pty. Limited in 2001.
Neil's mission for the business is to raise the standard and performance of recruiters across the industry - through the use of well designed, efficient systems.
Neil is passionate about the recruitment sector, and believes that recruiters are in an extremely privileged position - they are able to assist so many people at critical times in their lives when they can be the most vulnerable.
Neil's mission and that of Recruitment Systems is to improve the recruitment process to benefit of clients, of candidates and of the industry as a whole.
Alexandra Bolton - Operations Manager
Alexandra Bolton’s experience has been in software, in financial services, and in government.
Her first corporate role was with Pansophic Systems – an excellent introduction to the international world of software.
She was then approached to be one of the earliest employees in the corporate advisory section of Hill Samuel, a company now better known as Macquarie Bank, also “the Millionaire Factory”. She left before she became a millionaire, but gained experience and contacts which have assisted her to this day.
Her government experience came with Austrade, where she was part of the legal team. The contacts she made there assisted Recruitment Systems in sourcing the best technical people in the world – from Novosibirsk in Siberia.
As part of the founding team of Recruitment Systems she has seen the company grow from very humble beginnings to where it is now one of the world’s leading companies supplying services to the recruitment industry. Her input to Recruitment Systems has been at the operational and advisory level – operationally in doing, establishing and overseeing the essential backroom logistics of the company; advisory in being the key sounding board for the company.
Robert Blackadder - Chief Operating Officer
Rob is an ITIL Foundation certified PMBOK Project Manager with more than 10 years experience in the private sector. He has worked in a variety of areas including change management, line management, business operations, project management, systems development, testing, product management and relationship management.
Rob has managed programs, projects and people in dynamic organisations implementing changes to business and functional operations. He has a proven analytical ability that is complemented by excellent communication skills. Rob has managed the implementation of new business systems for a variety of platforms from client/server to cloud services.
Dmitry Nikulin - Software Architect and Development Team Leader
Dmitry started his career in the IT industry with several companies developing GIS software and developed satellite image processing systems.
After post-graduate study Dmitry, took on roles in software development and system design. During his time he mastered his programming skills across project such as database and web application development, implementation of e-commerce solutions on a range of different platforms.
Dmitry joined Recruitment Systems in 2005 and migrated to Australia from Russia in 2007 as a Senior Analyst Programmer to work on TRIS. He was promoted to Systems Architect in 2009, and now is the Software Architect and Development Team Leader.
Dmitry holds a completed Master of Science Degree in Physics, and a Post Graduate degree Mathematics and GeoPhysics from the Novosibirsk State University, Russia.
Lisa Burgess - Knowledge and Learning Specialist
Lisa joined the recruitment industry in 1998 and has since worked for a number of blue chip organisations, small boutique operations and also run her own recruitment business.
During her time within the industry, she has worked across all facets from labour hire, commercial and executive disciplines spanning both private and public sectors and has been instrumental in setting up the pilot office in Australia for the world’s largest privately held agency.
Having worked all roles within recruitment from reception to business owner, Lisa understands the needs of Recruitment Systems customers. She is passionate about achieving positive outcomes within recruitment, ensuring that we are making a difference in our day to day lives and hopefully making the journey easier. Lisa has been a TRIS user herself for six years and is a true champion of the product as she knows the results in can help recruits achieve.
