Employment agency software (also known as agency management software) focuses on organising the back office of recruitment agencies. These systems may include payroll and financial management but more often focus on resume management and skill search capabilities. Agency management software commonly includes a document management system to keep track of key documents such as resumes and contracts. This type of recruitment software is usually limited just to the agency’s back office and does not help the agency with their candidate and client interactions.
