Each step within TRIS training aligns with the codes and guidelines established by the RCSA and Australian legislation. Whether it’s the process for advertising, interviewing or client and candidate communication, we will demonstrate and reinforce the importance of following these methodologies for non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity.

We also understand that everyone has different learning styles, rates of learning and areas of interest. And that your people come with their own existing knowledge and experience. It's a company built on best-practice recruitment principles by a team with years of senior recruitment experience. Through our consultancy we can assist in tailoring your business processes to identify ways to optimise your workflow and ensure you get the most out of TRIS.

The standard TRIS training courses are:

  • Introductory – for new user of TRIS; suitable for Consultants
  • Advanced – for power users, TRIS Champions, and those who just want to know more
  • Administration/TRIS Champion – for TRIS Administrators

The topic lists for each course are available for download.

Additional training is available for specific TRIS modules including:

  • Internet Advertising
  • Time & Money
  • Advanced Searching
  • And any customised topic list of your choice.

Training is typically provided using online tools, and on-site training is also available at a competitive hourly charge, plus travel costs.

It is highly recommended that each customer have a member of staff who is the TRIS “champion” and is able to maintain a high level of knowledge about TRIS. The advantage to you is that this person will understand both TRIS and your own internal processes and how they map together.

PLEASE NOTE: Training support for officially nominated TRIS Champions is provided free of charge to facilitate this.
