Recruitment Systems commits to a Service Level Agreement with all customers that defines required response times to reported issues. Issues reported are received and responded to according to their assessed priority.
Customer Support Centres are maintained in Australia and Singapore – ready and waiting to help – available 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) for phone and email support.
Critical support issues submitted by email outside of normal Customer Support Centre hours will be responded to promptly.
